Our story

A specialty that's brought people together for generations.

Çiğköfte comes from southeastern Turkey, where it's been prepared the traditional way for centuries with bulgur, tomato paste, pomegranate and a secret spice blend. At Onnumara we bring that exact tradition to Kufstein. Fully vegan, no compromise on flavor.
